GCG & RISK MANAGEMENT – Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Develop policies, procedures and Work Instruction related to Good Corporate Governance & Risk Management as well as disseminating to all ranks of the company
Identify and ensure that the principles of good corporate governance has been done in any decision-making by management
helping all ranks of the company to identify risk, measure risk, knowing the impact of risk and establish risk mitigation measures
monitoring dasn create a data base of all risks of each department
make a report on the implementation of GCG and Risk Management periodically that contains, among other conclusions on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Risk Management at the company and make necessary recommendations
Qualification & Experience:
Have 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors.
Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
Full-Time positions available.
Required Skill: Computer
Have a Risk Management’s certification
