GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
Have more 10 years experience at the same position in EPCC Projects
Supervise Subcontractor work, coordination site work internal or client and Reporting construction progress
Fluent in spoken and written English
Bachelor Degree S1 graduate in Mechanical and Civil discipline
Good in computer skill (AutoCAD, Power Point & Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication, energetic, dynamic and highly motivated
Must have good ability to work in a team
HR OFFICER (JAKARTA)
Qualification & Experience:
Have 3 – 5 years experiences in Human Resources Department, preferably those have joined EPC company
Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation
Age 25 – 30 years, Bachelor degree (S1) preferably from Economy/Law faculty from reputable university
Understand Indonesian Labor Regulation, especially for engineering & construction
Placement at Jakarta (office) and project site
Other Requirement :
Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
Posses a strong organizing, planning, communication, and analytical thinking
Hard worker and able to work under pressure
