Atlas Resources started in 2007 with the aim of becoming a premier Indonesian coal producer through a strategy of rapid asset growth, with an initial focus on smaller-scale regional coal concessions (KPs). We have 16 concession areas, with an aggregate of roughly 195,000 hectares across multiple sites with distinct geology and diverse geography. PIT / MINE GEOLOGIST
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position.
• Have POP Certification and Good ability in coal sampling and coal quality.
• Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter
MINE SUPERVISOR
• Bachelor degree in Mining with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position.
• Have POP Certification and strong ability in Fleet Management and Production Operational Management.
• Strong leadership, hard working and proactive
CORPORATE HSE COORDINATOR
• Bachelor degree with min. 2 years working experiences as HSE Manager on coal mining company.
• Have POM certification, ISO 14001, SMK 3 and Ahli K3 Umum
• Extensive experience to implement HSE policy and develop program.
• Strong leadership, good people management skills and good presentation skills.
PERMIT & LICENSES DEPARTMENT HEAD
• Bachelor degree with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position on coal mining company.
• Have experiences to manage permit and licenses in mining company and have good knowledge in related mining regulation.
• Strong leadership, good people management skills and strong negotiation skills.
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT HEAD
• Bachelor degree in Mining with min. 2 years working experiences as Project Manager on coal mining company.
• Have POM and extensive experiences in long term mine planning, design and evaluation.
• Strong leadership and good people management skills.
LONGTERM ENGINEER SECTION HEAD
• Bachelor degree in Mining with min. 5 years working experiences and one year in the same position.
• Have POM Certification and good ability in long term mine planning and design with MINESCAPE, MINEX & XPAC mining software.
• Good Analytical Thinking, hard working, high achiever and proactive
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
• Bachelor degree in Psychology with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position.
• Have Psychologist Certification will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in Psychotest Tools, BEI and Recruitment Management System.
• Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter.
LAND MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
• Bachelor degree with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position.
• Have extensive experience in land acquisition and regulation compliance.
• Good ability in people management skills and negotiation skills
SITE MANAGER
• Bachelor degree with one year working experience in the same position on coal mining company.
• Have experiences as PM / DPM to develop and manage a new mining operations.
• Have POU Certification and extensive experiences in Production Operational Planning and Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
MINING SUPERINTENDENT
• Bachelor degree with one year working experience in the same position on coal mining company.
• Have experiences to develop and manage the mining operations and ensure the optimal mining operation process (effective & efficient).
• Good knowledge to plan and design with MINESCAPE, Minex & XPac mining software.
• Good ability to make mining plan / design / review short term / long term plan.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
